                                                            GENERAL CONDITIONS 

  • Minimum stay 3 nights during the low and middle season;  5 nights during the high season
  • No pets
  • Final cleaning €20
  • Deposit will be required at the check-in. It will be given back at the check out if there aren’t any damages; € 150 (over 7 days)
  • Children under 3yrs free
  • Special discounts for families or stays over 7 days
  • 30%  of the total amount  to confirm the booking
  • Check- in after 3 pm; check- out within 10 am (flexible  times if previously arranged)
  • Tourist tax according to current legislation.
